- Be able to use successful models of coaching with employees to uncover and move beyond resistances and sabotaging behaviours.
- Use coaching skills to really understand customers, clients etc. and be better able to deliver what they want.
- Improve your own work performance and effectiveness
- Build better relationships in the working environment and by doing so enhance performance i.e. improve bottom line results
This course provides 10 days seminar based training spread over 6 months. As well as the 10 days in class there is additional out of class work. This is a highly experiential and practical course uses workplace scenarios and case studies. As well as live coaching sessions carried out in class time, the participants will also complete at least 18 hours of coaching practice in a business setting. (This can be the participant’s own work place. In doing so, your company will benefit from coaching even during the training period)
This diploma is accredited by LBCAI, IIC and endorsed by ILM. A Fetac Level 6 component can be offered as an extra should the participant require it.
